The Xiphos, designed and manufactured by Insight Technology for Night-Ops, is a 6-volt rail-mounted Luxeon LED pistol light boasting 80 lumens of blinding white light. The digitally managed circuit optimizes light output for the entire life of the batteries. The Xiphos can be activated and deployed with a single hand or two hands by an ambidextrous toggle or pressure switch. With a run time of over 60 minutes at peak output, the Xiphos continues to produce several hours of "usable" light. Sending a beam of light 25 to 30 meters, the Xiphos weighs 4 ounces and measures 3.4 inches long by 1.5 inches wide by 1.4 inches high.
